Tony is the manager here, at my home branch for Chase. I always find him welcoming and very helpful whenever I need anything. He is very accommodating. Last manager wasn't a patch of him, I hope he stays with them a long time at this location... !

Amazing service from Tony (a very capable manager) and Fatemeh! I was having difficulty getting my concerns met with the 800 # and with my home branch. So, I decided to Google which local branch had the most stars/ best reviews. This specific branch on Jamboree rd in Newport Beach came up. Google reviewer had mentioned Fatemeh's top notch customer service skills and I think even here on Yelp as well. I was so pleased to hear her name when she answered the phone.
