People are friendly and service is solid.
The Branch Manager Cristian is the reason I’m leaving this bank. I don’t hire disrespectful vendors. A branch manager is the face of your institution at the local level. When that individual refuses to assist a customer, offers no path to resolution, and does so with discourtesy, it reflects directly on Chase as a whole. This is not the standard I expect, and it should not be the standard you accept. Community beware!
