This bank was stellar in its treatment of us. First of all, they have friendly staff offering courteous and polite service, bowls of lollipops in several counters for the children (big and small haha), a very fashionable sitting area with nice comfy chairs, and we were seen within ten minutes instead of 30 to open a new joint account. Branch manager Ms Rosie Lynn Laguana must have been having a really bad day or week. I don’t know what happened before we walked in but the “Welcome” we received was anything but. There was no reason to be rude. There was nothing to be ugly, loud or aggressive about. Horrible representation for Chase. The person I was with decided not to open an account after the way she spoke to us. I can’t blame him. I told him not all Chase bankers or branches are like this. I’ve actually found most very professional and pleasant.
Both drive through lady and the lady inside have poor customer service until I spoke with an older lady that was extremely helpful
