The store manager Acpie KatchikIan is a racist and completely unprofessional. I’m writing a review here and on yelp, I’ve filed with the BBB and I’m on hold with corporate currently. Someone like that does not need to be worki in customer service. I’m sharing with my 2.7 million followers. Thank God for having the social media presence I do, otherwise these people will never be heard accountable. It’s not okay to make racist remarks or have racist behaviors and I’m ashamed hat chase is condoning this.
