Good service I have banked with Washington Mutual for 6 years. I have been very happy with them. This location is nice. It has a few outdoor ATMs and a drive thru location (Hallelujiah!). The employees are very nice. There is a small play area that keeps the kids busy for a few minutes.
Good bank, small parking lot Washington Mutual is a good bank, but the parking lot is so small. I dread having to go to this bank because when I go and it's crowded the parking lot is a mess. THe bank itself is okay. The staff is friendly. The lines are never too bad, but the parking lot sucks. I recommend going not during rush hour time for banks.
