Lora was great help. Staff that is very friendly and nice and Amber The manager is very sweet and very helpful.
ATM cannot dispense cash. Cannot take deposits. Pathetic. All this at the busy hour. And teller has a long line. Never had such an experience with any chase location.
I don't know who said this atm was 24 hours, but it was a lie. Its 8 to 8.
The worst bank: I will be switching
I was having a technical difficulty with paying my bill on time, the issue happened over MLK holiday. A big thank you to an associate name of River. With her help and patience the problem solved. Again, River thank you so very much.
