Very friendly people work here. More people than I have seen in any chase bank I have ever visited. Parking is a challenge. There is ATM machine as you enter so if that’s all you need it’s an easy end, easy out.
Chase Bank does illegal activities like would not allow me to put cash in an account. Keep moving. Go to a credit union. Do not use this place. The one that used to be in Battle Creek was open does the same thing but they're no longer open. I wonder why
Google says the bank is open till 1 on Saturday drive all the way there to get cash and its closed. Chase is a joke any more. Switching banks asap
I find it frustrating to have to drive for over a hour and miss work just to deposit a check because they have issues with their system. Then when I ask for $ from check they tell me no I'll have to come back but that there are no holds on check and the full amount is in my account so no I have to toke time off again to go back and withdraw cash I've had the account for 20 years and had enough in the account to cover withdrawal. Just stupidity
