I can't stand this bank in kalamazooral. I have had this bank for quite some time in Arizona. And then I moved to kalamazoo. Worst service, there's only one location in Kalamazoo, end the A. T, m, it's always broken when the location is not open. Or the door is broken, and it won't accept your card to get in. There is a drive up ATM on westnage in portage, and that's usually broken as well. It's such a pain to try to actually use the bank services.
Will not answer their phone. :(
