I find it frustrating to have to drive for over a hour and miss work just to deposit a check because they have issues with their system. Then when I ask for $ from check they tell me no I'll have to come back but that there are no holds on check and the full amount is in my account so no I have to toke time off again to go back and withdraw cash I've had the account for 20 years and had enough in the account to cover withdrawal. Just stupidity
Why a person should pay money to the bank? just opening an account I have to pay monthly fees why? This is the craziest time we living. The people by putting their money to the bank, banks make money from the peoples money and still they charge fees too.
Lora was great help. Staff that is very friendly and nice and Amber The manager is very sweet and very helpful.
ATM cannot dispense cash. Cannot take deposits. Pathetic. All this at the busy hour. And teller has a long line. Never had such an experience with any chase location.
