Yea I get it you guys want to go home but it suck’s for us when we get there with 2 minutes still saying open and they say there are close for the day I get it want to go home but also I drove 20 minutes to make a payment important one get there and it’s close like okay wish I could clock out early surpassingly and it’s a bank like come on now why is people so lazy
Not for this chase in general but I dont know where else to leave chase a bad review. Did some money transfer 75 dollars didnt transfer immediately never been an issue I NEEDED my money! Plus it hasn't appeared in that transfered too account but still subtracted feom my chase account? Customer was COMPLETELY no help whats so ever told me the money wouldnt transfer till MONDAY and they couldn't offer me a ticket or recite for this whole ordeal I juat have to take it by there word that my money that was taken from my chase acc... read more
