I love coming to this branch. All the tellers are on point every time I come. I want to give a special thanks to Ms. Keidra who always greets me by name when I come. She is top tier. Please give her some recognition for her outstanding customer service.
NO service is really bad!!! It is next to impossible to reach the Moss Bluff branch or any other branch by phone! Absolutely unacceptable!! Never have I encountered such poor customer service

Ive been banking here for years, the customer service just isn't there anymore as far as the lobby personnel. Very rude.
