OH!Lol was something for sure! I am not from Florida ok Im visiting my Daughter and needed to withdraw funds ! I went to ATM at the bank (CHASE BANK) AND IT WAS DECLINED! Now I know there is money. Had to go inside and after that all went smoothly....... Until the homeless man decides he want money as well. Bank Guy came running out and BAM cops arrived all is well. I gave bank teller 50$ and the police men 25$ gift cards
