We walked in and asked to see if could sit down with an agent so my husband and I could open a joint bank account. This nice female bank teller, whose name shall remain unmentioned, goes to see if there’s someone available and then comes back and, in order to make sure we have the required documentation, asks if we are US citizens. Do NOT bank here. I referred my clients to the business manager Michael Kammerman and had help with Ethan open accounts. 1 month later chase closed all my accounts overnight with no warning and held over 60k of my funds for 2 months. I am still trying to get my money back. Do NOT open a business account with Chase Bank and do Not work with the people here no matter how nice they sound. They have no authority to help you when there are REAL problems
Deposited a check and got a candy sucker (The lady assured me they aren't just for kids and that one time even a grandpa got one). 5 stars.
