I have had my money here for years and they could care less about us. They don't answer the phone at this branch and I call and call just to get transferred to the automated system after expressing that I had an urgent situation I needed help with and I've been trying to get through for twenty mins! AND The branch phone hangs up on you after five rings! So rude. I am moving my accounts asap.
I do love banking at chase but this branch is ALWAYS understaffed, it's ridiculous whether you go in or through the drive through its so so so slow, all the time. Frustrating
The people who work here are always smiling and eager to help.
Chase bank is a joke!!! Look somewhere else DONT BANK HERE!
Terrible bank to do business with! They have forgotten that people are real & do business in real circumstances. Not every situation fits your standard!
