Tried to cash a check my daughter wrote to me. Chase wanted to charge me a $10 fee because I do not have an account with them.

Excellent Service – Thank You Renee! Had an issue with my new Chase account in Clovis since I didn’t have my SSN yet and got locked out. Renee at the branch went above and beyond—she called customer service on my behalf, helped resolve the access issue, and even showed me how to add my debit card to my phone wallet while I waited for the physical one.
