Came to this branch to send wire trasfer for our escrow, after waiting for about 20 to 30 minutes, we were approached by a young guy, he did not introduce himself, no greetings, not even a smile. As we were approached, we told him that we are sending wire transfers, we followed him and he started processing our transactions. He made a few typo error on the wire instructions, I personally asked about the bank address which is not the same as the wire instructions.
