This was an extremely disappointing experience. We had an appointment scheduled for 1:15 PM and arrived at 1:20 PM. A lady associate wearing glasses informed us that she could not open an account because the process would take her one hour—yet the branch closes at 2 PM. If that is the case, why were we given a 1:15 PM appointment slot to begin with? It was never possible for her to complete the process within that timeframe. Came to this branch to send wire trasfer for our escrow, after waiting for about 20 to 30 minutes, we were approached by a young guy, he did not introduce himself, no greetings, not even a smile. As we were approached, we told him that we are sending wire transfers, we followed him and he started processing our transactions. He made a few typo error on the wire instructions, I personally asked about the bank address which is not the same as the wire instructions.
