The employees have a terrible attitude, they look annoyed to do their job. If you can go to another bank, do it !
Poor Cuatomer Service, Elizabeth did bot even try to help, she stated she got an appointment and was not willing to help
I went there trying to open an account and the Staff was so rude They told me that I can’t open an account just because I told them I’m going to Juarez, Mexico on weekends, the person who speak to me said some comments about it was Illegal to open an account cause it was suspicious, also she said that I wasn't contributing to the country just because I didn't grow up in the United States The manager was there, he didn’t say nothing about it
