I'm so very disappointed with the El Paso Chase Bank on Alameda, and their bankers there. Manny Panngasiri has never had the curtesy of returning my call since I first dealt with him in May and was told he'd call me by the end of the week. Here we are late June and still not one phone call ever returned after leaving numerous messages. Customer Service does not exist here with the bankers!
