I went in to open a checking and savings account for my teen. It was before 4pm when I got in line. Only 2 tellers we're handling all incoming customers so you had to get in the teller line to be helped out. When I got to one she said it's past 4pm and they couldn't help us because there were 2 people ahead of me and they closed at 5 so I had to make an appointment to go in another day. The young lady was nice but based off other Google reviews this is the norm. They have a skeleton crew which is unacceptable. To top it off ... read more
