I went to the bank to take care of an issue with my account, and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The customer service I received from an employee named Liz was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I approached her, her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Went into to get help and they told me they don't do that there to call the number in the back of the card. I ask the person when I called the number if they could help me at the bank for that problem I called and they said yes they can if they wanted to. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Went there because they were offering a sign up bonus, but they didn't give it to me because I got paper checks and not direct deposit. Referred my wife to get the bonus and went in with her to do it. They said at the end we didn't get a code online first and did it wrong. She still hasn't got her bonus after 3 months of waiting. I asked to speak to a banker's manager and he said there wasn't one and wouldn't tell us. We are withdrawing our 30k and leaving
Terrible service, long lines and rude employees. I would recommend going to another bank.
El PEOR BANCO en la hostoria es *CHASE** Tienen un servicio al clientele pesimo. Ahora resulta que uno no puede habrir una cuenta porque por el momento mi esposo no esta trabajando debido a que se accidento y se quebro la pierna no pueden habrirsela pork no agarra depisito directo en este momento y oviamente necessitate el una cuenta para poder realizar sus taxes y OVIAMENTE tener permanente una cuenta fija en vez de las targetas prepagdas del trabajo en la k le depositaban.
