The manager at this bank is one of the most condescending, prissy, unintelligent people I have ever had to deal with. She is the short blond who is constantly chatting with the other employees in their cubicles and ignoring customers as they come in. A few of the tellers have even told me they have issues with her distracting the Private Client banker and thus people aren't able to sit down with her. She is unable to take feedback as well, she would rather just argue and project. I now only go to the Lehi branch.

Made me get the account number to get change, then refused to count the change back to me even after I asked. Saying I can step aside and do it myself. It was 300$ in 10's 5s and 50 in one's.
