Austin is a good banker. No one was at the teller and he jumped in to help me, answered my questions about my business cards and offered helpful tips. Thank you.
Did everything that is usually expected of a bank and did so in a polite and professional manner. I liked it.
My only complaint is they removed the ATM. It was very convenient to come after hours and make a deposit. I don’t know why they removed the ATM, but it certainly decreases convenience for customers.
Not too happy with Valerie and the manager messed up on pay off amount for my car kind of annoyed they tried to fix it. Had to give me back cash not really too happy with this place. Highly recommend you don’t go here or use Chase.
Chase bank in general is a pain to deal with. I am a business customer but definitely do not get a business level of service.
