I visited this branch and spoke with a customer service representative named Eric. Unfortunately, he was very rude and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. The interaction was not pleasant, and his behavior was not appropriate for someone handling customers. I am writing this review to share my experience and hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.
He is a very nice man and knows how to treat the customer. His treatment was excellent.
One teller on a Friday…
Jaylyn was very rude and unprofessional. He insinuated I was broke and the account that his coworker messed up on, by not going through it thoroughly with me, was my mistake because I am struggling financially currently. He’s immature and needs to find a new profession if that’s how he speaks to chase clients.
They don't answer the phone and charge a 16 year old to pay to cash his check from is job that gives him chase checks .... If the check comes from that back it should be free to cash most places cash check for free especially if the check comes from that bank
