Why isn’t anyone ever available to answer the phone? I called three times
I visited this branch and spoke with a customer service representative named Eric. Unfortunately, he was very rude and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. The interaction was not pleasant, and his behavior was not appropriate for someone handling customers.
