Went to make a payment for car loan, she refused to take check because there were hundreds of account in that name who had taken car loan. I ask her want to see the manager and rudely said I am in-charge of the tellers the manager will say same. In short if you take a loan from chase bank they don't you to pay it off but keep on paying interest, they only see their Interest and rip of the customer. worst bank and staff to take loan from.
Very Helpful and convenient on the location, just meeting more access to the building off of the service room but other than that fantastic service inside the building in the managers to all the employees.
I have my accounts at Chase for over 20 years. I went to almost all the branches in my area. This branch is the worst one, the rudest staff ever, they argue and insult customers. Every time I go there, I have an issue with one staff there
Writing this review while waiting for the appointment. My appointment was 06/03/2025 at 2:00pm. And its now almost 2:40pm. Dont know how long It's gonna take. But one thing for sure never coming to this branch again.
