The techs were diligent in their attempts to reach me outside normal business hours. When I was able to connect with them outside normal business hours, it took the tech no more than 7 or 8 minutes to resolve the issue and test it. Thank you

Worst experience as a small business owner on any bank i have ever dealt with. We ended up here because we were close and it was convenient but the experiences here are insane. Read the fine print, they wont cover you on fraud charges under 1500! Excuses, understaffed, constant issues. I will never be back and ill do everything in my power to let everyone know this place (regardless of the branch) is a joke.
