Recently we discovered that the Albert app was stealing from our bank account. When we went to request help from Chase they demanded we pay $35 to stop the payments, twice. Despite paying $70 the withdrawals are still occurring. Chase is knowingly letting thieves steal our money and charging us $35 fees so they can pretend to investigate while they sit in their cubicles directing the customers to the website or giving them a phone number to call so somebody else can deal with it.
