I went in to have my Limited Power of Attorney form notarized and was sent away because I didn’t have a witness. So I had a friend meet up with me on the North side of town a week later and was sent away from that location because they didn’t have a notary on site. -5 STARS, WORST BANK EVER WE GOT THERE LIKE 39 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP OPEN ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY NEED 40 MINUTES TO DO THAT. WE HAVE TRIED BEFORE WITHT THE GREEN VALLEY BRANCH AND SAME STORY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY NEED APPOINTMENT TO OPEN ACCOUNT.
Staff seems really chill very welcoming but, the only way to ask questions or resolve issues is by entering the bank for some reason even tho there happens to be no one in the lobby they refuse to answer any type of phone calls. Idk why or if its some policy they have
