Visiting Sahuarita: used drive thru; much to my unpleasant surprise, the screen did not show all of my accounts--the one I required to complete a transaction did not even pop-up as an option; I stopped the transaction and started over--same thing. I should have access to any and ALL accounts I have with Chase. This has never happened with the Chase Drive-thrus in Tucson. Is this just happening in Sahuarita?
I went in to have my Limited Power of Attorney form notarized and was sent away because I didn’t have a witness. So I had a friend meet up with me on the North side of town a week later and was sent away from that location because they didn’t have a notary on site. So then we went to UPS and paid $13 to have it notarized and it turns out that I DID not needs a witness. Dont even waste time coming here
-5 STARS, WORST BANK EVER WE GOT THERE LIKE 39 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP OPEN ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY NEED 40 MINUTES TO DO THAT. WE HAVE TRIED BEFORE WITHT THE GREEN VALLEY BRANCH AND SAME STORY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY NEED APPOINTMENT TO OPEN ACCOUNT.
Staff seems really chill very welcoming but, the only way to ask questions or resolve issues is by entering the bank for some reason even tho there happens to be no one in the lobby they refuse to answer any type of phone calls. Idk why or if its some policy they have
