Had issues with merchants. The young lady that helped us was patient, friendly n efficient. We got all but 1 problem resolved with 2 Chase credit cards. We will be back for that 1. Thank you very much.
Associates here are always nice and very professional
Visiting Sahuarita: used drive thru; much to my unpleasant surprise, the screen did not show all of my accounts--the one I required to complete a transaction did not even pop-up as an option; I stopped the transaction and started over--same thing. I should have access to any and ALL accounts I have with Chase. This has never happened with the Chase Drive-thrus in Tucson. Is this just happening in Sahuarita?
I went in to have my Limited Power of Attorney form notarized and was sent away because I didn’t have a witness. So I had a friend meet up with me on the North side of town a week later and was sent away from that location because they didn’t have a notary on site. So then we went to UPS and paid $13 to have it notarized and it turns out that I DID not needs a witness.
