Sucks for a reason
Just tried to exchange a torn bill there. They said it didn't meet the requirements even though it CLEARLY did.
NOTE: I initially posted this review at the wrong Chase. I was at Chase on 12/30/24 at 29th and 6th The security guard afternoon time was following me. He watched me at the counter, she stood behind me when I was filling out my Money Order. When I asked him to move he stated "Where do you want me to go" Stupid answer right. I have been a member of CHASE Bank for more than 20 years. Never ever had a problem that they couldn't handle.
