Went in to add wife to checking account and was turned away because they were “too busy at this branch” and did not have an appt. She said we could sit and wait to see if the appointments didn’t show and then maybe we could be seen. Crazy!
This is probably the slowest chase bank in the area. I came in at 2’o clock to simply add another user to my account. Got told to come back at 4, so we had an appointment at that time. We got here at 3:45. It’s 4:47 as I’m writing this and still have yet to be seen. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Very disappointed been customer 20yrs went in yesterday spoke with Rigo about debit card, merchant I had tried to use said declined expired card, had just received recently w/ expiration 7/2030. Went into branch (do not live in area) While explaining situation he was on his phone, tried to discreetly put under desk in front of him when I looked at it, then yawned stating so I'm tired! Had me insert card 3 times said then said "I don't know what's wrong shows active on 1 side but not the other side" I ask what does that mean?... read more
David is the best! We came in last minute and he still made time to help us. He also is a big Dragon Ball Z fan, which is a plus! Definitely the nicest banker we have had the pleasure of meeting!
This bank is the worst!!!! I have been to this bank 4 different times for a notary and all hut one time was I abe to get it done and that was by a very helpful female, I can't remember her name, but she has an accent. The other times, the manager, tells me that he cannot notarize the documents because its up to the discretion of the notary. I've never ever had any difficulties with any other Chase or 5/3 bank with these documents getting notarized. Chase should maybe reevaluate the skills of this manager.
