Scott was great. Closed acct and opened new acct. Pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient.
We had the misfortune of having to deal with Scott at this branch. He was rude, arrogant and condescending from the second we walked in to the branch. I had reserved my time slot 2 weeks prior, by making an appointment to conduct my business. I have been a customer with Chase Bank for many years now. He rushed me through the entire meeting, contradicted most of what I said, which I was in fact correct on, then told us he had no more time for us. This individual actually said those words to us! Really disappointed with the lack of customer service here. There was a long line, and 3 tellers up front. I watched everyone in front of me go up immediately to the teller without being called. The girl with shorter blonde hair freed up next for me. Thought I'd be considerate and give her a chance to finish up what they were doing before approaching the desk.
