Horrible experience!!!! PATTI was too lazy to read the notes that had been left by the banker and, after wasting 45 minutes of my time, ended up telling me that she was too busy to deal with this and I should go to another branch. I had to drive to the West Bay Branch, where, in contrast, everything was handled smoothly in no time where I was treated nicely and welcomed. I've been coming here several times for different services, now the last service is to indicate the places where I will use the cards in Europe, two women always give the same answer, we don't know and call the number on the card, and listen, if your card is blocked in Europe, then call, that's funny, other banks ask me the dates and which countries I will use, service 0 points

This place has bankers hours. Seems their never open. However, the ATMs are always flush and operable. Beware of the drive through one because the curbs will ruin your wheels easily if you dont drive very precisely. The one inside the lobby gives out 5', 20's and 100's, so that's nice. Ive never personally seen a one hundred dollar bill, in my 45yrs on this planet, but I hear they're glorious. One day Ill save up and get me one.
