Here it is December 14th on a Saturday and they only have TWO people to help check on a balance inquiry! THERE ARE 10 PEOPLE WAIRING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND I BEEN WAIRING 45MIN!!!! WE HAVE THINGS TO DO OTHER THEN WAIT ON SOMEONE TO HELP US!!! HORE MORE BANKERS!!!!!!
