I was pretty upset after being told I would have to come back in 2 hours to open a bank account. I was depressed and finally forcing myself to get out of the house and coming down the hill to Chase Bank on Bailey Rd in Pittsburg. I asked if someone can help me open a bank account, after waiting I was told come back at 2pm (2 hours later) I stated I only had about a half hour. ATM took my cash from my paycheck and only gave me a receipt with a number to call to see if my money went through. But the deposit didn't show up. After calling customer service they told me to call and file a claim with another department. Claims rep proceeded to make it seem like their broken ATM machine that took my money was my fault and started acting like I was lying and told me they need to investigate. First off I wanna start with I've been banking with them for 15 years. went in to take some change rolled up to put in my account would not accept it due to volt was too full ok then I try to pay Bill with it wouldn't let me which upset me banking with someone for so long and gonna treat their customers like that .
