I was pretty upset after being told I would have to come back in 2 hours to open a bank account. I was depressed and finally forcing myself to get out of the house and coming down the hill to Chase Bank on Bailey Rd in Pittsburg. I asked if someone can help me open a bank account, after waiting I was told come back at 2pm (2 hours later) I stated I only had about a half hour.
