I was pretty upset after being told I would have to come back in 2 hours to open a bank account. I was depressed and finally forcing myself to get out of the house and coming down the hill to Chase Bank on Bailey Rd in Pittsburg. I asked if someone can help me open a bank account, after waiting I was told come back at 2pm (2 hours later) I stated I only had about a half hour. Very nice customer service and respectful
ATM took my cash from my paycheck and only gave me a receipt with a number to call to see if my money went through. But the deposit didn't show up. After calling customer service they told me to call and file a claim with another department. Claims rep proceeded to make it seem like their broken ATM machine that took my money was my fault and started acting like I was lying and told me they need to investigate.
