This place is a joke. I was treated so poorly. I had to place a fraud prevention alert on my social. When I tried to re open another account, they treated me like I was the one who committed fraud! She had the audacity to ask me "Idk why there is a fraud alert , did you try to cash a fraudulent check"?. SMH. No. These people need to be trained. Don't call. They never answered any of my calls whenever I did call. Don't really help me in store, they tell me to go the app
No help at all. Bank Manager is not even trying to help with a simple issue that an established business account holders have. Never have been to any other branch where they find excuses for everything. Zero stars. Do not treat people like numbers.

This really has to be one of the worst branches to visit. The banker takes me out of line just to waste my time and not be helpful in completing the banking tasks I have come in for.
