Don't call. They never answered any of my calls whenever I did call. Don't really help me in store, they tell me to go the app
No help at all. Bank Manager is not even trying to help with a simple issue that an established business account holders have. Never have been to any other branch where they find excuses for everything. Zero stars. Do not treat people like numbers.

This really has to be one of the worst branches to visit. The banker takes me out of line just to waste my time and not be helpful in completing the banking tasks I have come in for.
The old lady at the front with the glasses that use to work a the Southlake chase is a very prejudice and makes me feel like an unappreciated customer, everytime I deal with her she gives me the worst customer service and I don't understand why
