One teller in the drive thru. We were here for over 15 minutes just to break some bills from the ATM. Only one person in front of us, no idea what the issue was. But seemed like a prolonged wait.

This place is a joke. I was treated so poorly. I had to place a fraud prevention alert on my social. When I tried to re open another account, they treated me like I was the one who committed fraud! She had the audacity to ask me "Idk why there is a fraud alert , did you try to cash a fraudulent check"?. SMH. No. These people need to be trained.
