This place is a joke. I was treated so poorly. I had to place a fraud prevention alert on my social. When I tried to re open another account, they treated me like I was the one who committed fraud! She had the audacity to ask me "Idk why there is a fraud alert , did you try to cash a fraudulent check"?. SMH. No. These people need to be trained. It means I was a victim of identity theft and I placed that alert myself! So they can make sure I am who I say I am before opening an account under my social. The lady was rude and wa... read more
Don't call. They never answered any of my calls whenever I did call. Don't really help me in store, they tell me to go the app
No help at all. Bank Manager is not even trying to help with a simple issue that an established business account holders have. Never have been to any other branch where they find excuses for everything. Zero stars. Do not treat people like numbers.
