I’ve been banking with Chase for many years, and I have to say, Kara Lee is exactly the kind of employee you want representing your company. I recently had fraud on my account, both of my cards were lost, and I was already having an extremely stressful week. I was so stressed and frustrated that I actually had to leave the bank. Do not use the ATM. Charged my account $500, plus a $4 surcharge. Did not dispense any cash. Receipt even said we aren’t able to give cash right now. Went inside bank, showed receipt to teller inside. Staff did zero to help told me to call 800 number, left the bank -$504 on my account.
