Today after having received a scam call from so called chase bank number, I went to branch for clarification. The manager Lisa was so helpful, she proceeded to get into my accounts and explained the latest news on these types of calls, excellent service from a bank that I have been part of for forty years. Thanks again Lisa!

My wife and I are extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Chase Bank in Port Orange. Due to our busy work schedules and my military commitments, we rarely have time to visit during banking hours. When we finally made it in during our lunch break, we had scheduled an appointment with Lisa for 1:30 PM.
