Needed help with a wire transfer and was told to sit on lobby and someone would be with me. I was the only one waiting and noticed 3 employees talking in an office with the door open and sounded like a personal conversation. Waited 20 minutes, no one came to help and ended up leaving and going to another branch
My girl Karalee helped me out a ton with starting my credit card journey! She explained everything so well and I actually understood and was following the whole discussion. It was a successful appointment and I really appreciated her help!
If you a bank you should offer walk in service. Me and my wife went there for a simple name change and they wouldn't see us without and appointment. I thought being a private client meant something. The private client specialist we talked to the day before said we didn't need an appointment.
Tried calling the bank several times and it says everybody's busy please call again that's not a way to run a bank been trying to get ahold of my financial advisor over there for 3 weeks and nobody calls back will definitely not open any accounts here
