I had a scheduled appointment to talk to a teller (Sandra Lopez) about my CD. This is my first CD ever. She told me she was unsure why I came in about my CD when it matures 1/30/2026. I told her I wanted to move my funds back to my checking account. She's like well you'll have to pay for the fees. I told her I would like to know how to move it back into my checking without paying fees. Muy mala experiencia, la peor sucursal que podría tener éste banco.
Drive up ATM on the right side has a hidden protrusion at the bottom from the remnants of a concrete pole or something. I didn’t even pull up that close to the ATM and it damaged my wheel. Who knows how many other wheels it has scraped!
Chase employes don’t help and the manager never there if you want to talk to her . I’m taking my money out . Thanks
