Drive up ATM on the right side has a hidden protrusion at the bottom from the remnants of a concrete pole or something. I didn’t even pull up that close to the ATM and it damaged my wheel. Who knows how many other wheels it has scraped!
Chase employes don’t help and the manager never there if you want to talk to her . I’m taking my money out . Thanks
First time I was there, I had customer service the best I need extra help for something about the app on my cellphone, and Jacob and Jennifer helped me so pacient. Thank you both, I hope i have the names right
Went to bank to open new account ignored for 20 minutes. A lady came up asked me what I needed I said new account. She said only one person working and they have appointments. I asked if I needed appointment and they said no. They have zero help and if that is any idea how they treat a new customer shame on them. There was total disregard for me as a new customer. I was treated shamefully by this office.
