On 3.08.25, my wife and I came in the highland springs location to add my wife to my personal checking account. I was asked if I had an appointment today. I said no. Which no one was in lobby or at the desk for accounts with two persons available and able to assist. The guy went to ask another worker for a 130pm. We said ok to the 130pm appointment. We actually walked in at 9am once branch was open. I had my wife return alone to just open an account. She's made it there for the 130pm appointment. Then to be only turned away ... read more

This afternoon I visited the Beaumont ca chase on highland springs. Upon entering I confirmed with the “branch manager” On if they accept change for a deposit as I would be depositing quite a bit of quarters. She confirmed they do as long as they’re rolled, in which I confirmed they were as well as being bagged.
