I want to give Ashley a huge thank you at the Beaumont branch! I went there to update my name in my business account and not only she helped me solve the issue but went beyond that helping me on setting up some features on my account and gave me a lot of pointers, Ashley you are the best!!
Disappointed in this branch, family member came into her bank to open a teen checking account for her grandson and required all this information, instead of telling her to log into her Chase banking app and select open new account then select teen account, simple and easy account now open only took 3 min but not one suggest from the staff here to get that done
Jennifer, the branch manager, jumped into action for us when we suspected fraud on a family member's account. She was supportive, fast-acting, and went above and beyond to help us out and resolve the situation.
