Way too busy. It was friday 10am & their computers were down. I had an appt but I had to wait for other's that were there for job interviews to be handed off to someone else. During my appt, a customer walked into the office & interrupted us. She could see all my acct info on the computer screen & was standing there for at least 1 min while the bank employee told her what to do. the customer appologized to me over & over & finally walked out.
I had a scheduled appointment to talk to a teller (Sandra Lopez) about my CD. This is my first CD ever. She told me she was unsure why I came in about my CD when it matures 1/30/2026. I told her I wanted to move my funds back to my checking account. She's like well you'll have to pay for the fees. I told her I would like to know how to move it back into my checking without paying fees.
