Terrible service received today from a Rude lady. With all of the negative reviews, I see, the branch manager needs to pay serious attention to this.
Aaron was a HUGE help today! I needed to close my savings account that was no longer needed, and had become a burden to upkeep. I was earning 0.01% interest on my savings account, and unfortunately I'm not a millionaire so I was never going to see a single penny from my savings account. It became a burden to have to have auto-transfer $25 to my savings account every month to avoid fees for not having enough money. Branch manager Tammy is insufferable. She should focus more on customer service than admonishing the customers.
Employees are very friendly
Stood in line for almost 15 minutes. The branch manager TAMMY pulled me out of line and told me to sit down. While she go get my bank statements came back ten minutes later and told me that she couldn't get my bank statements. Now I have to go to another chase bank!
