How does a Chase atm screen not work....
Website won't let me open an account so I drove way out here. Tellers didn't have customer service skills at all and were telling people to go online or find a different branch. Why do you even have a job then? What is the purpose of brick and mortar banks?
I have a personal checking account and business credit card, but they are not able to open up a business checking. The banker wanted all the board of directors to be present to open the checking account. Inexperienced staff. I took my business to another bank which opened the account without any problem. The banker who I saw at Chase said she has an MBA and so knows better. I know they don’t care about anything that I’m saying. Very disappointing.
Not sure what's going on maybe a short of people but the drive through morning slow, It really bothers me that someone takes my cash and another person gives me back my deposit slip, NOT THE Same person.
The cashiers at this bank provide a very poor level of customer service to their customers
