This is a sad bank. They cannot cash a check issued by Chase Bank because they couldn't verify it a check with their name on it was not able to be verified by the bank that issued the check. So they made it my problem not Chase's problem not the company that issued the check it's my problem. Zero customer service from the branch manager and a 09 on why they couldn't cash the check because I'm not their customer and I never will be.
