JPMorgan Chase once rescued the United States from bankruptcy and,in my experience, has always treated me justly and fairly. Which is what I expect from such an upstanding American enterprise.....the same can not be said about Bank of America. They need to work on customer service. They never have any actual bankers. They call their tellers bankers but they can’t help with opening up new accounts. Don’t waste your time getting CD accounts or savings accounts with chase. Look into High Yield Saving accounts somewhere else with higher interest rates for example SOFI Marcus by Goldman Sachs.
