Not only admitted that they lost my husband's money in their system when a check was cashed (over $500), claimed they would make it right in 2-3 business days and proceed to not only NOT do that, they decided to close his account also. All on behalf on their own mistakes. I couldn't recommend banking here any less. Unless you love having your money literally stolen. Not a surprise coming from Chase though, you hear plenty of these same stories everywhere. Just save yourself the trouble and bank ANYWHERE but here.

I experienced a lengthy wait for notary services at this location, which took over an hour. The clerk provided different estimates for the wait time, and it seemed to increase during my visit. While I understand that processes can be unpredictable, I believe that with better communication about wait times, the experience could be significantly improved.
