We had a meeting at 3:30, we waited for 20 min just to tell us the lady wasn’t there, cuz she had an emergency, I understand that things happen but is ridiculous that nobody else can assist if she is not there
Employees are lazy and bad and hateful .not organized no respect for the clients not even a smile or a thank you

Not only admitted that they lost my husband's money in their system when a check was cashed (over $500), claimed they would make it right in 2-3 business days and proceed to not only NOT do that, they decided to close his account also. All on behalf on their own mistakes. I couldn't recommend banking here any less. Unless you love having your money literally stolen. Not a surprise coming from Chase though, you hear plenty of these same stories everywhere. Just save yourself the trouble and bank ANYWHERE but here.
