We have always been treated great. Chase Everman may be a branch of a large chain, but when we had problems closing on a loan ( other banks fault), they treated us like we were the only customers they had. We have banked with them for many years, and are always treated like it was a home town bank.
Friendly teller I do not bank with Chase but have my mortgage through them. I always send in my payment. One month I didn't get it mailed in time so I went to this branch to pay it. Even though it was a busy time of day they had enough tellers so I didn't have to wait long. The teller was very friendly.
