I went into the bank this morning with an insurance check for damages to my house. The check was endorsed by the company and myself. The branch manager walked over to me while I was standing in line and asked the reason for my visit. Informed the branch manager that I was there to deposit a insurance check for my house damages. The branch manager implied that I couldn't deposit the check because I didn't have a business account. She also spoken to me as if I was incompetent.
