I visit this location at least once to twice a week. Mike and his team are great. I'm always greeted by name and with the smile. They are all pleasant to deal with and able to assist me with all of my banking needs.

In 50 years of using banks I have never experienced such an unprofessional, shabby, and racist treatment before. I took my son who is on the autistic spectrum to make a withdrawal from his bank account, and even though they had two forms of ID, his debit card, And A withdrawal slip, they still treated him like garbage. First, they pestered him repeatedly with the same questions over and over again, even though I tried to explain to them that he is autistic and doesn’t understand money very well. The absolute worst bank on the face of the Earth. I’ve never left a review for anybody before anywhere. This is my first time in 20 years that the Internet has been an option.. Who tell someone they have to make an appointment to open up an account and have to be on their schedule. Hire more people and make it convenient for your clients not convenient for your employees. Absolutely unacceptable.!
