In 50 years of using banks I have never experienced such an unprofessional, shabby, and racist treatment before. I took my son who is on the autistic spectrum to make a withdrawal from his bank account, and even though they had two forms of ID, his debit card, And A withdrawal slip, they still treated him like garbage. People living inside by the atm at night asking for money very poor security
The absolute worst bank on the face of the Earth. I’ve never left a review for anybody before anywhere. This is my first time in 20 years that the Internet has been an option.. Who tell someone they have to make an appointment to open up an account and have to be on their schedule. Hire more people and make it convenient for your clients not convenient for your employees. Absolutely unacceptable.!
- Small Chase Bank branch, - Plenty of mall parking lot, - Only one Chase ATM in the lobby, - Not as clean as other bank branches, - Deposit transaction went smoothly, - Large city bank branch indoor ATMs allow up to 30 bills deposit at a time whereas this location permits more than 50 bills. This Chase Bank branch is the closest Chase ATM to our birthday vacation trip which is 38 minutes away from Piaule Catskill where we're staying. 🫣 Next time, we'll conduct our banking transactions in the city before traveling that far ... read more
