Everytime I come here the atm is down. I’ve been here 3 times with a broken atm and it’s the only chase in town so since it’s a bank holiday I have to pay to take my money out because I literally can’t use the ONLY bank within a half hour of me.

I would avoid the Kingston Plaza (NY) location. The assistant manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. If this is how Chase allows their team members to act , I would avoid Chase all together. Find a credit union.

I visit this location at least once to twice a week. Mike and his team are great. I'm always greeted by name and with the smile. They are all pleasant to deal with and able to assist me with all of my banking needs.

In 50 years of using banks I have never experienced such an unprofessional, shabby, and racist treatment before. I took my son who is on the autistic spectrum to make a withdrawal from his bank account, and even though they had two forms of ID, his debit card, And A withdrawal slip, they still treated him like garbage. First, they pestered him repeatedly with the same questions over and over again, even though I tried to explain to them that he is autistic and doesn’t understand money very well.
