- Small Chase Bank branch, - Plenty of mall parking lot, - Only one Chase ATM in the lobby, - Not as clean as other bank branches, - Deposit transaction went smoothly, - Large city bank branch indoor ATMs allow up to 30 bills deposit at a time whereas this location permits more than 50 bills. This Chase Bank branch is the closest Chase ATM to our birthday vacation trip which is 38 minutes away from Piaule Catskill where we're staying. 🫣 Next time, we'll conduct our banking transactions in the city before traveling that far ... read more

The tellers are rude! they also tell customers that if they have damaged money ( rips tears or stained bills ) they cannot take it it is not worth anything. I had to threaten them with calling the Secret Service about not accepting cash along with the main branch. One of the people from the cubicles came over to sort it out after the treat and after i told them i recorded what they just said . You know how many people they turned away and had customers throw money away ?

Chase deliberately had a mobile deposit failure of a check I have deposited every month for 4+ years! I proved that the issuing bank had NEVER received any deposit request Chase refused to try redeposit or to contact issuing bank. A staff member uplifted hold and told us funds available...a LIE! Told us unless we did something we WOULD BE CHARGE overdraft fee.! All they had to do was contact issuing bank but Chase refused to anything but get more money in form of overdraft.
