Opened an account online June 3rd. I did a virtual deposit for 300.00 the next day because I'm handicapped so getting outside is hard for me. Then on the 3rd day of my account being opened I physically went into my branch and deposited 8,000.00 in cash. No one said there were issues with my debit card or account since I opened it online. Everytime I come here the atm is down. I’ve been here 3 times with a broken atm and it’s the only chase in town so since it’s a bank holiday I have to pay to take my money out because I literally can’t use the ONLY bank within a half hour of me.
