ATM is literally never working.. yet if you go to another atm they charge 3$ fee but they atm never work
So after an aweful experience in Longboat key, I end up in Lakewood ranch where I was greeted by Clelia. She saw my disgust as I was upset. They didn't make me gto through the give of my name and the formalitybof meeting this guy robert like he was the President of Chase. I just walked in., YOu can't do that in LBK. Clelia was very helpful and attentive in recognizing that I am a veteran and was able to save me the cashiers check fee.
Terrible customer service man. Called over the phone and the woman I talked to had a very annoyed attitude like I was bothering them by calling. Went in person after work hoping it’d be better but it was worse I walked in asking to open an account and got told to do it online unless I wanted to wait an unknown amount of time for the lady. Fully convinced everyone here is just there to get paid and not do their job and get irritated that you’d even ask.
