Terrible customer service man. Called over the phone and the woman I talked to had a very annoyed attitude like I was bothering them by calling. Went in person after work hoping it’d be better but it was worse I walked in asking to open an account and got told to do it online unless I wanted to wait an unknown amount of time for the lady. Fully convinced everyone here is just there to get paid and not do their job and get irritated that you’d even ask.

There is a horrible employee that works at this branch. I’ve had 2 altercations with her and both times she was incredibly rude. She is a bank teller. When I explained that I needed to exchange for smaller bills, she said “WHAT KIND DO YOU WANT?!” While rolling her eyes. She is of Spanish decent. She’s made it so I will never go into this bank and will use the ATM if I am in the area. When speaking to Chase Customer Service, they explained that they would investigate, but this person should not be working in customer service... read more

Went in to a withdrawal and I went to count my money in my car and was short 20 dollars. I know it was my mistake leaving the bank without counting it and I’ll own that. but the systems need to be checked and or calibrated. So this doesn’t happen again.

Such a great bank! Friendly staff, smiling faces, and you can get in and out due to plenty of tellers. Very rare for chase, great job!
