Avoid this location. I stopped by for a counter check, and the teller claimed it cost $3 per sheet. I’ve been with Chase for over 10 years with a Premier Plus account and have never been charged. When I questioned it, she pointed at other tellers and told me to go ask them—completely unprofessional. I went to the Broadway St. location instead and got my counter check in under three minutes with no fee.

I was helped by Soraya, she was professional and efficient. I was in and out with her extensive knowledge when one of the other employees couldn’t help.
