I was helped by Soraya, she was professional and efficient. I was in and out with her extensive knowledge when one of the other employees couldn’t help.
tellers are so rude. just stare at you abd say nothing, instead of greeting you like a normal person
Samir was supposed to assist me today. I understand it was 1:56pm on a Saturday, my experience was completely different from the previous times I have been treated. Lazy, rude, not cooperating and ask for a pen and did not answer me
Main door don't work after hrs. So you can't used the atm machine that is inside of the location. Is been years like that.
Suggest to avoid Chase. Their phone menu is like the seven circles of the underworld which then leads you to a call center in India, (if you even get there). 15 minutes just to log into the account from a new computer. There is better use of your time.
