The tellers are very nice here!
Everyone was helpful/friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Only few minutes wait. Ashley helped my daughter open up college student accounts. She was kind, patient, and absolutely fantastic. Explained the process slowly and offered tips to my daughter step by step. thank you Ashley!
Banks that don't have lobby service until 6 pm on Fridays aren't banks you want to use. I'm glad I'm moving my accounts. Chase doesn't care about customer service. Find a new bank or better yet use a credit union.
I really enjoyed my first visit here. This was my first time opening up a checking account and Diego made everything easy and simple. He made information easy to understand and we would have small talk in between which made the environment comfortable and I could be myself. Thank you Diego!! :)
