Banks that don't have lobby service until 6 pm on Fridays aren't banks you want to use. I'm glad I'm moving my accounts. Chase doesn't care about customer service. Find a new bank or better yet use a credit union.
I really enjoyed my first visit here. This was my first time opening up a checking account and Diego made everything easy and simple. He made information easy to understand and we would have small talk in between which made the environment comfortable and I could be myself. Thank you Diego!! :)

Avoid this location. I stopped by for a counter check, and the teller claimed it cost $3 per sheet. I’ve been with Chase for over 10 years with a Premier Plus account and have never been charged. When I questioned it, she pointed at other tellers and told me to go ask them—completely unprofessional. I went to the Broadway St. location instead and got my counter check in under three minutes with no fee.
