Terrible customer service
Get a new ATM outside, it is absolutely horrible
Incompetent Manager ! We visit the branch today with a problem related to our business account, the branch was completely empty they were doing nothing and they said that we need to make an appointment for another day. Manager was present in the lobby area and she even ignored us and said the teller was right they needed to make an appointment for another day. The ATM is incredibly slow. If the branch is open, I would recommend going in and getting serviced. The ATM completed my deposit “supposedly,” but never offered me a receipt. When I went back into the branch, Emily shared that the machine often has glitches and they will not be able to process or confirm my deposit most likely until they manually reset the machine at the end of the day due to them being short staffed.
