So either this and the customer service line are separate banks, unable to communicate one another. Or every single trainer in Chase needs to be fired and replaced. Because they do not communicate with each other AT ALL.
Michelle was wonderful to work with from the start! She was very busy at the time we came for help but made us feel welcomed and was very accommodating to us. With a little extra time, she was able to help resolve our issue super quick. Highly recommend this location!
