I see other reviews that this branch has incompetent specialists who deliver completely incorrect information. We came to resolve one case and they told us we had to make an appointment. when we came back for an appointment the lady told us completely different information and asked to either come back that day or to make an another appointment. the worst Customer Service I’ve ever seen. I wish they would be treated the same way when they need assistance somewhere else. would not recommend working with this bank at all.!
