Don't ever go to this particular branch. Waited 15 min. 9 people in line when a guy comes out and says thanks for your patience, then goes back into the back room. Two tellers. One lady had been there since before I got here. Pick another branch!
Wish I can give zero stars, both atms never work like never and inside only one worker with a big line, better off going to the Chase Bank on Rose
I went the other day and the teller had the worst attitude when I asked you a question she would smirk and roll her eyes and give me a answer with a attitude. Every time I go there they always have a attitude either they kind a new job or they fix there attitude never going to this branch ever again
Stopped to speak to a banker and was told no because they were closing, there was still 15-20min before closing time. Girl with glasses didn't seem to care. What kind of bank stops helping customers specially when getting additional business? This is the 2nd time.
Answer your phones. Why even have a phone if you’re not going to answer your customers calls? It’s 11am. It shouldn’t be so busy that you don’t have time to at least put me on hold till you can answer.
