Really nice bank, staff are super friendly don’t know why this place has such a low rating as I’ve never had a problem personally. The lady behind the counter was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Didn’t catch her name but she got a Gucci ring and necklace if that helps at all😂

Absolutely DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Rude, unprofessional, racist, and no customer service is just to begin. My family and I went into the branch to open my high schooler an account. Not only are we customers for over 20 years they hold ALL of our financial assets. And I know we are not famous and we don’t deserve special treatment but to walk into a place where the actual representative is doing everything in their power to not service you, is INSANITY. The worst bank I've ever visited, I wanted 5 years using Chase's services, and in this branch they leave you standing waiting for 20 minutes at the ticket office when the others were empty and I couldn't make my company's deposits, very bad service and very bad attention, they should close that branch again forever
