This is a billion dollar company with only one teller. I don't know why anyone would ever stay here. There are so many other choices. One of their tellers at this Hunter's Creek location attempted forgery. I needed to withdraw $7,500 to pay for my home renovation. When the teller gave me the money, I counted it myself. Instead of $7,500, I got $7,000. I demanded to see the withdrawal slip that I filled out. Take a look for yourself. She forged my withdrawal slip. Giving one star as there is no option for none. Currently chase is holding my entire account balance hostage and wont release my funds. No debt, no fraud -
I've been in this bank several times and all the time they are very helpful and efficient. I see that they greet all the customers and are super nice. I'm very surprised with all the bad reviews that they have here on Google. Make sure to have an appointment to make the process faster.
