Giving one star as there is no option for none. Currently chase is holding my entire account balance hostage and wont release my funds. No debt, no fraud -
I've been in this bank several times and all the time they are very helpful and efficient. I see that they greet all the customers and are super nice. I'm very surprised with all the bad reviews that they have here on Google. Make sure to have an appointment to make the process faster.

Really nice bank, staff are super friendly don’t know why this place has such a low rating as I’ve never had a problem personally. The lady behind the counter was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Didn’t catch her name but she got a Gucci ring and necklace if that helps at all😂
