Apparently, the manager doesn’t allow them to work the drive-through, even though it’s a bank with a drive-through for a reason!! Every day I come there’s a huge line in the back people getting mad ringing the bell ringing the bell no one comes. It was never like this until he took over.
Great branch and services provided by Pablo E Hernandez Martínez. He went above and beyond with my request, he did provide really good suggestions and customer services. Don’t doubt to schedule your appointments with him. Bonus: he speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
This branch is pathetic. They only had one green light on while six cars waiting in that line. Then three cars come out of no where in the line that had no light on got served before the line that had a green light. This bank needs to do better.
Airline give me a check due to breaking my luggage. Spent my time and money going to a chase branch to be told "there may be a $10 fee" when cashing the check. I was charged the fee without being told. Why am I having to pay a fee to cash a check even though the airline already has an account with Chase? I am an international traveller so why would I possibly have an account or even want to set one up with Chase.
