My wife visited this branch today to make a cash deposit, and the teller deposited the funds into the wrong account without asking her to swipe her card or verify her identity with a PIN. This is a serious breach of basic banking procedures. Fortunately, my wife noticed the error immediately and contacted the manager, who was able to recover the funds and correct the deposit. The worst branch, EVER! It takes 30 - 35 minutes just to break change. A small amount of change by the way. Unfortunately, this branch is the closest to our business. This is the one time that I will say, robots can take over this job title of bank tellers—just for this specific branch.
