worse customer service, the ATM NEVER WORK, and it is incredible that this bank has no change or money.
I hardly leave negative reviews on people but this is the Worse Chase Bank I've ever been to. they push you around like a toy avoids attending to you. treat you like you don't matter is even worse when you don't speak or hear Spanish like them . if you then call on the phone to save your traveling time they will hang up once they hear your Voice and judged you from your accient or tell you they too busy and will get back to you but never will. so unprofessional and looks so disconnected from chase bank.
Worst branch! Lazy staff! poor customer service! Save your time and go to another branch.
