Walked in, asked for help with a cashiers check. I was told that I’ll be helped momentarily, but waited 10 minutes without any assistance. Terrible, understaffed branch. Don’t waste your time. I walked out.
Are you guys insane? Today I went to make a deposit and your were open when they must be locked and be only open with your card. I am few minutes a lady in. Thank God. Right after that when I came out a homeless or came to n and got asking for money. Are you waiting for someone to get hurt?
This bank unfortunately does not have a notary. Just a heads up, if you were looking for one.
Can someone please tell me why this Chase Bank only has 2 bankers and NO TELLERS in this prime location? Horrible! Im here for a cashiers check and have already been waiting 30 mins. Not to mention there’s 4 other customers that can in behind me. I hope corporate sees this and does something about it. Completely unacceptable
