This is the WORST bank to deal with.. customer service reps never available when you leave a msg your lucky if you get a response within 4-5 days…. trying to talk to anyone directs you to a foreign location and you can never talk to a real person.. I am so sorry I left my other bank..Chase is a joke good luck if you open an account with this inempt institution
