I walked into the bank with a bit if a chip on my shoulder based on something did and like many i tried to blame the bank. Well that didn't work they handled it like true professionals. Both Marcelo and Ageu. Thank you again. Recommendations all around for this location.

Very disappointed with this branch and the way they handled my issue. I opened a small business account here in March 2026 using a coupon in my email, but I never received the promised reward. I went to the branch several times to ask about it. The first employee told me there was no coupon applied on my account and said they will ask their manager and email me when to come backe to talk.
