Phone Bots in Control It took me 3 tries and half an hour to finally get to a human being, and all I wanted was a fax number. The computer phone system is a joke unless you have an account, and each menu option you choose takes you to another phone bot that offers more menu options. For such a large bank, this is just stupid and irritating and I will never bank with Chase.
