Banking advisers are very difficult to get. If you walk in without an appointment and want to meet any banker, you have to wait a long time. Half of the bankers are in some unknown meetings talking to each other rather than attending to customers.
I have banked with this chase for over a decade, became good friends with the staff.
Took time out of my day to go in the branch because you can not have statements sent via email, walking in asked for help, they let me know that I have to wait, I waited there were advisors talking to each other and presume to let me know that I could do it my self it seem they do not want to help costumer. Very unprofessional branch.
