Matthew and erin had me sit down with banker traver rouse and ive never been disrespected by three people more in my life. They were all giggling and chatting and starting at their phones while i stood there like a maniac waiting until someone looked up from their phones to acknowledge my existence. Made a 12:30 appointment with Alex Beydoun who took another person while I was sitting there waiting then proceeded to pretend he was "double booked" people make appointments for a reason. Not everyone can afford to sit around and have their time wasted. Find another branch. This one does not value your time.

The bankers are not knowledgeable even after telling them they are wrong. They act like things aren’t not searchable or that idk someone can call a company to get the truth.
