I have banked with this chase for over a decade, became good friends with the staff.
Took time out of my day to go in the branch because you can not have statements sent via email, walking in asked for help, they let me know that I have to wait, I waited there were advisors talking to each other and presume to let me know that I could do it my self it seem they do not want to help costumer. Very unprofessional branch.
Matthew and erin had me sit down with banker traver rouse and ive never been disrespected by three people more in my life. They were all giggling and chatting and starting at their phones while i stood there like a maniac waiting until someone looked up from their phones to acknowledge my existence. Once they did they acted rude as if i was the one interrupting their day. Made a 12:30 appointment with Alex Beydoun who took another person while I was sitting there waiting then proceeded to pretend he was "double booked" people make appointments for a reason. Not everyone can afford to sit around and have their time wasted. Find another branch. This one does not value your time.
