Made a 12:30 appointment with Alex Beydoun who took another person while I was sitting there waiting then proceeded to pretend he was "double booked" people make appointments for a reason. Not everyone can afford to sit around and have their time wasted. Find another branch. This one does not value your time.

The bankers are not knowledgeable even after telling them they are wrong. They act like things aren’t not searchable or that idk someone can call a company to get the truth.
I took an appointment online for notary documents, they refused to do notry by giving an excuse that we are not doing notary id documents it's chase policy. If you can't, you should display that policy when we take an appointment simply they waste the time of costumers
