Drove 30 minutes out of the way to be told no cash teller. I guess my time isn't important. Its a bank, if you don't need any cash tellers, then you don't need anyone working in there.
Went to cash a check from somone who banks at chase and they said they have no tellers there and couldn't help me.
Walked in to pay my car payment with cash and was told they couldn't help me. They told me if I had a check they could process my payment. Im moving my loan to Vibe. I cant believe a bank, couldn't take cash money.
So goes your efficient & friendly local bank. Talk about do it yourself... Forget about any Saturday assistance
Do not use the ATM at this location. It has taken my cash TWICE and not deposited it and it results in this entire ordeal filing a claim with Chase and waiting for it to be processed.
