My experience with switching two of my children’s existing First Banking Accounts to a High School Checking account has been an absolute nightmare! Great experience
Came in to make a deposit to a business account . I had cash in hand with state ID and deposit slip. I was prepared as I've deposited at this location on numerous occasions. Samantha proceeds to tell me that she cannot take cash on an account that doesn't belong to me. She was swiftly corrected by her colleague. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding she proceeds to chat with her colleague mid transaction . Sliding me my receipt and not acknowledging me.
