No problem with the actual bank but their ATM is out of order all the time. Either out of cash or just isn’t working. I feel like more often than not I can’t use it. Such a hassle when it’s the closest one.
My experience with switching two of my children’s existing First Banking Accounts to a High School Checking account has been an absolute nightmare! Something that should have been an easy, somewhat simple and straightforward process became a completely frustrating and complicated situation.
