We transferred money to a joint checking account. It cleared. I tried to take cash out of a larger than usual amount and was denied with my Real ID, my Military Dependent DOD card, and a Credit Card. I was denied the amount. I asked what amount can I take out? So we tried $2000 and we had plenty to cover that and I was denied that. I asked if I can close My account with my ID and was told I had to have my Debit card for any transactions but they were up north. I even said you have my signature cards on file and was denied. Tried to open a College checking account after seeing the ad. But why charge for a College checking account? (having to go through loop holes to avoid fees should not be acceptable for college students... you guys are thieves! Free money from the college students. Screw you guys!) You guys shouldn't put up those ads. This is Chase in general but happened in this branch. Also, advisors don't tent to listen. Impolite.
