Chase bank has flagged one of my transactions as fraudulent and froze my account for almost everything. I have called their customer care and visited the branch after that. The issue is still not resolved.Bank suggested me to wait for 24 hours, customer care asked me to visit branch and this cycle continues. Considering closing my account permanently. Better to stay away from chase bank completely
The manager is pretty weird and they handle things so rough, if you have any business accounts do not go to this branch unprofessional and irrespective people at all
