I got a promotional deal in the mail saying if I open a checking account and deposit $500 I would get a bonus $300 as a welcome gift. They had a bunch of fine text that made it so I would never get the $300. They tricked me into leaving work early to come into the branch for the promotion. Zero Stars. Find another bank to work with, these guys are just conmen.

If I could give zero stars for this particular branch, I would. Our whole ordeal began when they refused to cash any of my husband’s bonds that he received as a gift from his grandmother. When my husband expressed dismay at this fact… Keep in mind there was no yelling or anything of that sort, two weeks later we get a vague letter saying, both of our accounts are closing. Disappointed that I was told I could do a balance transfer from one credit card to another through Chase. Apparently, that isn’t possible. So the employee that helped me swindled me into another credit card through Chase that ran my credit and won’t even do the balance transfer…which I voiced several times was the ONLY reason for getting it. These will BOTH be closed asap and won’t be getting credit cards through them again, I suggest you don’t either!
