By far, the worst Chase branch I’ve been to. It’s a bummer that this is the most convenient local branch to us. Every time I withdrawal any amount of cash via the tellers, it is a major pain. Today I was handed a blank piece of paper with a pen and asked to write down my employer and job title, without any other context. Once I asked why, I was told, “Chase Policy”. I showed up for an appointment I had and was told their bankers didn't have time but I could wait an hour... Not the worst in itself, but we were also told we couldn't use the bathroom because it's only available for customers! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
The girl on 25th with red hair tips was very unwelcoming and basically throw my bag back at me and was counting money while helping with other customers
My favorite bank! Ladies are always super nice and helpful!
