By far, the worst Chase branch I’ve been to. It’s a bummer that this is the most convenient local branch to us. Every time I withdrawal any amount of cash via the tellers, it is a major pain. Today I was handed a blank piece of paper with a pen and asked to write down my employer and job title, without any other context. Once I asked why, I was told, “Chase Policy”. I showed up for an appointment I had and was told their bankers didn't have time but I could wait an hour... Not the worst in itself, but we were also told we couldn't use the bathroom because it's only available for customers! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
