Charged me for services that I should not be charged for with my account. They listed a cashiers check as a "Non-ATM Cash Fee" and they never pick up the phone to ask about it. I had to reach out to corporate for the fee reversal. Based on other reviews this is not an isolated incident. Do NOT use this location.
I have been going to that branch for years tonight I went in to deposit my husband’s check and the teller refused due to the fact the check was in his middle name which is on the account and he has been using his middle name since we were married going on 27 years I asked to speak to the manager I was told she was busy which I said she can get un busy but again I was I told she was busy yes I was mad because she should not be a manager if she is not making her customers first I understand the tellers have to go by rules but ... read more
Coming from Atlanta by way of SF Bay Area, the customer service here is lacking tremendously. No nothing just blah, came in for a money order or cashiers check to pay my rent. They charge $5 for money order and $10 for cashiers check. I’ve had this waived at least once a year. To no avail she said no. I took my business elsewhere and will most likely close this account with Chase their fees are too high.
Terribly slow staff, had to wait for the banker for more than 30 mins when they were attending just 1 client before me.
