I was helped by Shannon to order Taiwan dollars before my trip. When she helped me, she asked if I wanted them in smaller bills and I said yes. Then the next day the money came and I picked it up at the branch. Lori was the one helping me pick it up. The money was in bigger bills and I said why. Lori tried to see if she could resolve it but ended up having to grab Shannon.
