SHE LIVES IN A VERY SMALL TOWN IN S EAST TX AND WAS ASSURED THAT SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO WIRE MONEY FROM THIS ACCT WITH NO PROBLEMS ONLINE. AFTER SETTING UP AN ONLINE ACCT AND LOGGING ON 5 DIFFERENT TIMES THROUGHOUT THE DAY, IT WAS ALL OF A SUDDEN BLOCKED.
