Incredibly nice service. Quick and attentive to my needs.
ATM outside fails with an error message on a cash withdrawal, and then spits a receipt out stating that it debited my account several hundred dollars. I walk into the branch, a woman walks out of the office to tell me “you’ll have to file a claim.” Then, another associate then walks over and asks me how I like banking with a competing financial institution— (in an attempt to hint toward me becoming a Chase customer)… then asks if I want to try a different ATM machine inside the branch— No thanks. Totally absurd. Run far away... read more
