This Chase Bank branch was a frustrating experience. The lobby felt understaffed, and the wait was much longer than it needed to be for a fairly simple request. When I finally got help, the process wasn’t explained clearly, and I ended up having to repeat the same details more than once. I also got different answers depending on who I spoke to, which made everything take even longer. The staff weren’t outright rude, but the overall service felt rushed and disorganized. I’ll avoid this location unless I absolutely have to.
Diana is forever my lady. But the whole banking staff at the counter is solid. I appreciate all of them so much
Customers with money in the bank are not allowed to use the restroom. Just fire everyone and make it an ATM only stop.
